This brooch is a replica of a find from a womans grave in Zaozere, in the southeastern part of the Ladoga-area (Russia) and is dated to the 9. century, the original was made in bronze and had small chains with duckfeet attached.

It is about 38mm wide and 30mm high and weighs about 17g in silver.
