Returns:
You have the right to decline the order within 14 days from the day you recieve the goods,
if you want to do this, you have to contact me and return the
goods in the same condition as when you recieved them. When I have recieved the goods and
approved them, I will return your money to your account within a few days, the expenses
for returning and money transfer back to you is yours.

Guarantee and Returning
Dvarwenart gives you 2 years of guarantee, referring to the law in Denmark, this includes
fabrication- and materialdefects wich is established by normal use of the goods.
The guarantee does not cover defects coming from wear, abuse, violence, wrong use,
negligence or unauthorized operation (for example watches).
Complaints over defects or missing parts, which should be spotted when you recieve the
goods, has to be told to Dwarvenart within a few days, the goods can then be returned for
repair, change or getting your money back. In the case of complaints, Dwarvenart pays for
the returning expenses in a reasonable extent.

Returning is also to this adress - Please notice that I do not accept parcels sent
as "cash on delivery". Returning can also be made by not accepting the parcel
on delivery.
I do not demand this, but everything goes much easier if satisfactory information comes
with the parcel - for instance a copy of the invoice, the accountnumber to where the
repayment should be sent to and a copy of previous correpondance, etc.
